Overview

Infinite Fusion Works is approved by RDSO for fabrication of steel girders for bridges. Manufacturing shops of Infinite Fusion Works at Jaipur is inspected and approved by RDSO based on the latest manufacturing equipment, fabrication shop, testing facilities, QAP, trained manpower etc. for Steel Bridge Girder Fabrication. Manufacturing facilities are as given in STR (Schedule of Technical requirements) issued by RDSO.

Railway contractors of Road Over Bridges (ROBs) are sourcing their fabricated steel bridge girders, beams and boxes from Infinite Fusion Works as RDSO is supposed to inspect the fabrication Open web girders, Bow String Girders for any vendor. RDSO shall continue to inspect girders as both external sources and internal sources are to be stabilized.

Automated CNC Cutting & Drilling

We have multi functional CNC machines deployed at our shops which help us achieve perfection in cutting plates, drilling holes and marking.

Automatic Beam Welding Machine

We have Cantilever type welding machine deployed at our workshop having bed length 25 mtr which help us welding heavy beams.

Automatic H beam straightening machine

We have the latest Beam welding machines which enables us to provide desirable results to our clients.

Dedicated Trial Assembly Area

Before dispatching the bridge members a trial assembly is conducted to ensure a seamless fit between the members, for this assembling work we have dedicated area.

Covered Painting Shed

We have covered painting shed which  reduces the chances of letting any dust particles from clinging to the wet paint and help providing best quality protective coating work.
